I just wanted to let you know that we left. Thanks for everything! The house was amazing and my family had a wonderful time there. We will be returning sometime in the near future, so please don't sell any time soon so we are able to rent from you again!

"All the Comforts of home and more!"
A wonderful vacation home with all the comforts and amenities that one could ask for. The pool and spa were excellent and the accommodations were very nice. Checkin and checkout was a breeze and the management was great to work with when dealing with a pool heater issue that we had. The owner was flexible with us and was a pleasure to work with as well! This was the second time we rented this property and we will continue to consider them again the next time we visit the Orlando, FL area!

"Fantastic Villa Holiday"
Palm View Villa is absolutely gorgeous.
We were on holiday as an extended family of 13 including 8 adults, 1 teenager and 4 children. The villa is so much more spacious and gorgeous than it's photos can show. We used every room in the Villa, each of the King size bedrooms were unique and had lots of wardrobe and drawer space for all your holiday items, a television in each room too was great, also each had an en-suite which was fab, it also meant that each couple had their own space. The den was used by 3 boys in our party who loved it !! We left the sofa-beds as beds while we stayed, they loved having their own tv and playstation, the computer is also in this room which was handy if you wanted to check something or email etc. The 2 twin bedrooms were lovely, plenty of space, own tv, everyone loved them. The living area was huge, it led into the dining area and then kitchen, this had plenty of room for all of us to chill out after a day at the Disney parks !! The pool was fantastic and the jacuzzi was lovely and hot !! The pool was fab to get into after a hard day sunbathing ! The games room was excellent, the men and the kids loved this !! Air hockey, pool and darts was enjoyed by all. We hired 2 cars, there was plenty of room in the drive for both. Windwood Bay itself is a lovely quiet area, near to Champions Gate and close to the Publix supermarket, McDonalds, Bank, Petrol Station etc. It only took about 15 minutes to get to Disney and slightly longer to get to Universal/shopping malls etc. The area itself is central, we went to Kennedy Space Centre and some in our party went to Busch Gardens, it didn't take long to get to the I4 motorway and on to other locations at all. All in all, a fabulous villa, extremely well kept, housed 13 of us no problem at all, central, excellent management company who were extremely helpful when we had a power cut due to a tropical storm, we would recommend this villa to anyone.

FANTASTIC STAY!!! Very clean and beautiful...lots of room....kids enjoyed the pool!!! lots of things to do!! Not crowded at all and we had 10 people in one house.
