Although you will find our prices slightly higher than the average 5 bedroomed villas in the orlando area you are getting value for money due to to the size and facilities available. There are not many houses big enough to have 3 American King sized beds with en-suite bathrooms! Remember all our pictures are taken with wide angled lenses so everything looks smaller than it is! Check out the size of baths, toilets and sofas to really see how big this place is. They also include all Taxes currently 12%! All prices are for one Villa per Week, prices for shorter lets than one week are at a slightly higher part week rate and for 1 week or more are charged at a pro-rata. We have a minimum 4 day rental period through the year with minimum 5 day rental over the usual Holiday dates like Christmas, New Year, Easter, Spring Break etc. You can arrive or depart on any day of the week. The quotation form will give you an exact inclusive figure.

For stays of over 18 days a 5% discount can be applied and a military discount is available on request to qualified serving personnel.

Non refundable deposit .................................... US$250/£200/Eu€140 per week or part week.
Refundable security deposit .......................... US$400/£200/Eu€300 payable with balance.
Pool/Spa heating (when booked in advance) .US$175/£120/Eu€140 per week. (Advisable late October to early April Minimum period 4 days)

Cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 days . US$140/£100/Eu€115.

Mid term cleans available

We can accept payment in US$, Euro€ or GB£, credit card, personal cheque/check, Travellers Checks or wire transfers. We aim to make the whole process as easy as possible. Credit card payments can be made from any country via PAYPAL and carry a surcharge of 4%. Wire Transfers to US Bank US$10 charge, to Euro Bank Euro10 charge to UK Bank GB£5 charge.

Prices are guaranteed on receipt of a completed booking form and deposit, no matter how far in advance Prices subject to change without notice and the prices on this website are the only ones valid for booking.

You can arrive or depart on any day of the week and we have only a four day minimum rental period.
